He and his staff made a delicious Christmas Eve dinner that we picked up from his shop with clear instructions how to properly reheat. My mom said it was the "best food I ever had". With over 100 guests there’s no way we could have pulled it off without them. They are attentive and will support in any way you need (keeping the food area full and clean, circulating and offering drink refills, cleaning up - even taking out all the trash).
