James started cooking in kitchens when he was 14 and trained at the prestigious French Culinary Institute in New York. He has travelled and lived all over the country and after receiving his Italian citizenship moved to Florence, Italy in 2014. From Colorado to Key West to New York City to Georgia and on to Italy, James has been influenced by every place he’s lived. It’s those connections that make up the mosaic of his life and his dynamic culinary style.

David starting cooking with his family at the young age of 5 helping make dinner. Growing up learned entertaining and and cooking from his parents who loved to cook and entertain. David had his first restaurant job when was 15. After nearly 20 years in the management consulting business, David decided it was time to pursue is life long passion. Today, he works with clients to build custom menus for tailored for their events. He loves creating new offerings and combinations that excite and delight our clients.
