James started cooking in kitchens when he was 14 and trained at the prestigious French Culinary Institute in New York. He has travelled and lived all over the country and after receiving his Italian citizenship moved to Florence, Italy in 2014. From Colorado to Key West to New York City to Georgia and on to Italy, James has been influenced by every place he’s lived. It’s those connections that make up the mosaic of his life and his dynamic culinary style.
David Haradon, Owner and Chief Bottle Washer
David starting cooking with his family at the age of 5 helping make dinner. From there he helped his parents with making appetizers and desserts for all the many different parties and gatherings his parents hosted in their home over the years. David had his first restaurant job when was 15. After nearly 20 years in the management consulting business, David decided it was time to pursue is life long passion of food. Today, he works with clients to build custom menus tailored for each event. He loves working with the team to create new offerings and combinations that excite and delight our clients. David lives in Fairfax Station, VA with his wife and two sons and their dog, Kitty.
