Chico comes to Artistry Catering with more than 20 years of culinary experience.  Prior to joining Artistry, he was the General Manager and Chef Manager for six years at Catering Reserved, leading a team of up 40 for events as large as 5000 guests. Before that he was the Executive Chef at Boulevard Cafe Catering and held progressively more responsible positions in well-known DC area restaurants including Tackle Box, Sax, and Marcel’s Wildwood Kitchen.
